Lunchtime speaker meeting on 11th March -' Daughters of Kings: Women of Power in the Kingdom of Kent' presented by Dr Andrew Richardson who recently appeared on BBC TV's 'Digging for Britain'.

A specialist in the Anglo Saxon history of Kent, Andrew will talk us through the findings of his archaeological excavations in the local area of five graves of high status women from the 5th and 6th Centuries. The identities of some of these women are know, other not, but it is clear from the impressive grave goods found with them that they were likely to be members of the Kentish Royal Family.

18th March 2025 - 18:30 Prince of Wales Youth Club

Join us to celebrate St Patrick's Day and raise funds for the Prince of Wales Youth Club.

The Youth Club are providing a suitably themed supper with vegetarian and other dietary needs catered for.

The band 'Camine' will be playing Irish music during the evening and accompanying Irish Dancing by the Dean Academy of Performing Arts followed by Ceili dancing for all!

The Bar will be serving beers, Guinness, red & white wine and soft drinks.

Cost £35 per ticket
