Rotary Christmas Dinner 2011

The Club held its annual Christmas Dinner at Darwin College, University of Kent on Saturday December 3rd.  Around 120 people assembled in the Conference Centre to enjoy a pre-dinner drink before the event, hosted by Rtn President Harry Cragg and impeccably organised by Rtn Roger Power.

Grace was said by Rtn Rev. Derek Crabtree and a delicious Dinner was served.

The Choir of St Stephen’s Church Hackington entertained us with a range of carols and other Christmas songs.

The Honoured Guest and after-Dinner speaker was the Most Rev. Dr Rowan Williams, Archbishop of Canterbury.
