Welcoming in the new year!

It was lovely that the sun came out briefly to shine on us for our first gathering of the new year at President Tony’s house yesterday afternoon.

Tony and his wife Jane had invited Members and a few other guests to an informal “new years drinks” gathering at their home – it was an opportunity for Members to exchange news of what they’d done over Christmas and New Year. And there was lots of talk about a new year for the club and interesting ideas about regeneration and how we might work with others in the community. There were plenty of tasty nibbles too – with the winter sun adding an air of positivity too when it came out!
