The team, Atticus (Project Manager), Zac (Lead Engineer), Jaime (Social Media Manager), Sean (Graphic Designer), Piers (Research Engineer), Cole (Enterprise Manager) and Arthur (helps with Social Media and Graphic Design) came top in the National Championships held at the Magna Science Adventure Centre in Rotherham.
Winning the Nationals is a great credit to the youngsters and the hard work that they’ve put in to designing and building their car – and meeting all the other requirements from F1 in Schools, such as developing a unique pit display. (For the latter the team even used Pavegen technology to power up their pit display – see link below.)
The team’s challenge now is to get ready for the World Finals. Of course that means more time and effort dedicated to the task – and a need to get more sponsors on board. Perhaps you or your company would like to get behind the team? If so, you can see visit their website (through which you can contact them) here.
