Thanks received from ShelterBox!

We were delighted to receive a letter of thanks from ShelterBox for our donation of £442 towards their work, including their support for Morocco (following the earthquake earlier in the year) and Libya (following the earlier floods).

In its letter, the charity states that in Morocco it is “supporting thousands of people left homeless by the earthquake” and in Libya it is “supporting people whose homes have been severely damaged or washed away by flood waters”.

You may recall that the funds were raised following a “Mystery Objects” Black & White photo quiz hosted by our International Committee.
