President’s New Year’s drinks

It has become a custom for our President to host New Year’s drinks for members, following the reinstatement of this event by PP Margaret Griffin last year. It’s a chance for many of us to wish the President and each other a Happy New Year in person.
This year’s President Neil Fraser, and his wife Biddy, invited members and partners to their home for the occasion. Over forty people turned up to enjoy some homemade punch, wine and soft drinks with snacks around the two gently crackling log fires.

Welcoming the group, Neil said it was great to see everyone having a good time. The friendly gathering certainly set the new year off to a good start!
