Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal 2021

On Armistice Day it’s appropriate for us to report our Members have once again been supporting the Royal British Legion with their annual Poppy Appeal by selling poppies in the City.

They have been out on the 1st-5th Novemember, and from the 8th to the 11th (today).

Despite the fact that many members of the public no longer carry cash, it was good to see so many people support the Legion. Many thanks to our volunteers and to all who bought poppies.
