Following the storms last night the sky was slightly overcast – but the sun still managed to peep through and conditions were just right for the walk. Around a dozen Rotarians and guests took part in the walk, which took them along the downs/cliffs looking out towards the sea, through a leafy wooded area, then down a slipway to the sea wall and finally along the sea wall and back towards the King Ethelbert Inn; there they were joined by other guests and enjoyed a meal of fish and chips, pie or pasta and a tasty dessert. All-in-all a very enjoyable outing.
