Donation to KidsOut – the fun & happiness charity

Have you heard of KidsOut? It’s an amazing charity that “gives disadvantaged children positive experiences to support them becoming future members of our society and workforce”.

Regular readers may remember us writing about the charity when Ambassador for our Rotary District, Sue Johnson, spoke to our club and the Whitstable club about its work; we have also supported its work in the past.

We’re delighted to report that our Club Council was happy to donate £500 to the charity’s work – this money will support the charity’s Christmas Toy Box appeal and will help youngsters who have fled domestic abuse remember what it’s like to be children and “just have fun”!

You can learn more about the charity here…where you can also donate or find out how else to help if you wish to.
