Kids Day Out 2016

On Wednesday, 22nd June, members of our Club, Debbie, Sydney, Charles and myself, took 10 children and 5 of their teachers, from St Nicholas School for disabled Children, to Wingham Wildlife Park for the day – known as Kids Day Out.

The King’s School very kindly supplied a Picnic lunch for us all which was organised by David Naumann, and the little that was left over, Debbie took to Catching Lives.

We all enjoyed the day enormously, the highlight being when one of the children dropped the wriggly mealy worms, and we had to scrabble around on the ground trying to gather them up ! !
