Donation to Kids Cancer Charity

We were delighted to receive a certificate today from the Kids Cancer Charity following a recent donation (approved by our Community Service Committee) to the charity.

Kids Cancer Charity provides support to families, children and teenagers affected by cancer. Currently they are supporting two families in Canterbury as well as throughout the rest of the UK.

One of the Charity’s best known activities is their Holiday Programme, under which affected families can get away from the pressures of hospital and treatment. The Charity’s aim through this is to provide memories intended to last for a lifetime.

Our Club was pleased to donate £150 to the cause.
