Celebrating a special birthday with PHF Irene Roe

Our President Stephen Thompson and Club Secretary Maxine Blades were both delighted to attend a 90th birthday party organised by the local branch of Inner wheel for Paul Harris Fellow Irene Roe.

As Stephen said, “Irene is very special to our Club” – her husband, Sidney, was a Past President of our Club and both Irene and Sidney were awarded Paul Harris Fellowships for their work on the Rotary Ambassadors programme.

Stephen and Maxine presented Irene with a special bunch of flowers on behalf of our Club.
