Innovation Competition 2025 – deadline extended!

The organisers of our Innovation Competition have agreed to extend the entry deadline for this year to 30th April 2025.

The competition, which is jointly organised with Canterbury Christ Church University, is open to students attending secondary schools, sixth-form colleges, or equivalent institutions in areas supported by the STEM Hub at Canterbury Christ Church University (Kent, Medway, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Oxfordshire, West Berkshire, Reading, Milton Keynes and Buckinghamshire). The competition has the following prizes:

  • 1st Prize: £300
  • 2nd Prize: £100
  • 3rd Prize: £50
  • Chowdhury Family Global Health Prize: £50

Shortlisted finalists will be invited to present their ideas to an audience at the Final Judging on Thursday 26th June 2025 at Canterbury Christ Church University.
