Purple-themed recipe book launched on World Polio Day

Members of our club, the Rotary Club of Canterbury, have worked together with members of the Rotary Club of Canterbury Sunsrise to produce a purple-themed recipe e-book in order to raise awareness about polio & Rotary’s efforts to help eradicate it.

The e-book (digital book) was compiled by our volunteers and features recipes suggested by Rotarians, Inner Wheel members and their family and friends and focuses on foods or ingredients that are bluey-purple, pinky-purple, reddish-purple or purply-purple!

You can learn more about the e-book here.

Anyone wishing to donate to our PolioPlus fundraiser can do so here.
