Rotary Christmas Party 2022!

It was wonderful to be able to celebrate Christmas together again this year, have some fun and appreciate each other’s company during our Club’s annual Christmas Party at Lower Hardres Village Hall (near Canterbury).

The snow from the recent falls was still deep and crisp and even when around 60 Rotarians and their guests came together for our annual event. Guests enjoyed a full Christmas dinner (with all the traditional trimmings) followed by musical entertainment. There were balloons, tinsel and Christmas decor to get us into the seasonal spirit.

During the evening we were treated to some lovely music from soloist, James. James is a former Cathedral chorister who is now studying at St Edmunds, Canterbury; he sung us a delightful selection of seasonal songs and then, of course, led the “community carol singing” to end the evening!

A jolly good time was enjoyed by all!
