Overwhelmingly the students fed back that the interviews helped them to build their confidence for real interviews in the future. Likewise, staff involved from both the College and the Rotary Club felt it improved their virtual IT skills!
The students – from a variety of departments including Animal Care, Beauty, Business, Catering and Construction – were among the most vulnerable in the College and so the support was especially valued. Many commented that the experience helped motivate them.
