District Governor’s Visit

District Governor Lynn Mitchell visited the Canterbury Club for their meeting on Tuesday 6th September.  We soon realised how very busy she has been to date.  She updated us on her hopes for the future and encouraged us to promote Rotary within our local community.

President Harry Cragg was pleased to present her with a cheque for £300, raised at a recent social event, for her chosen charity which supports young carers, offering them a respite break aboard the newly restored Thames barge, the Cambria.
