Once again our members & partners were happy to help; we’ve already been out selling poppies since 30th October.
We’ve long supported the appeal and are always pleased (especially when it rains) to see the generosity of the public. We often hear personal stories too!
We’ll be collecting at various times in-and-around Canterbury City Centre until the 10th of November, so do look out for us and for other collectors.
If you’d like to donate but are unable to do so in person, worry not! You can donate direct to the Royal British Legion here (where you can also learn more about other great ways to support the charity).
Did you know you can also go online to buy a whole lot of poppy-ware – from the plastic-free poppies introduced this year to a poppy for your car or lorry? Just visit the links here. There are even poppy pins for various football clubs, plus pretty poppy-themed jewellery!
