This will be the first year that we hold this competition, where youngsters can write a message (which can be in any form they wish – even rhymed verse) about:
- one of the big issues now facing us, OR
- a building or any other structure that is in existence now.
The competition will be run together with Canterbury Christ Church University.
*For further details and information about eligibility, other rules etc, please visit this page. (Note that the A4 poster is not yet available).
There’s a cash prize for the winner and two runners up:
- 1st prize: £500
- 2nd prize: £100
- 3rd prize: £50
The deadline for entries is 30th April 2021.
Rotarian Brian Dobinson (who also oversees our innovation competition which was recently launched) says: “We are very excited about this new competition. It is totally different to any competition that we have run before, so as well as receiving entries from those who have entered our other competitions we very much encourage other youngsters to have a go.”
